Checking for updates

Use Check for Updates in the app menu to review the configured update result. A public update channel and notarized installer are not available on this website yet. Follow the instructions for the development build you actually have.

Development builds

Record your current branch and commit before changing source. Preserve local changes and phone setup. Do not blindly reset or overwrite a checkout. After updating to the intended revision, rebuild with bash build.sh and verify USB video and any controls you use.

Reporting an issue

• App revision and macOS / iOS versions.
• USB or Wi-Fi, and whether viewing or control fails.
• The last step that worked and the exact visible error.
• Whether fresh video and a harmless physical tap were verified.
• Redacted logs or screenshots, without identifiers or personal content.

A public support channel will be linked here with the downloadable release. Keep the details above ready when reporting a problem.

Release boundaries

License selection, public source access, clean-machine reproduction and portable signed distribution remain pending. These docs describe implemented development behavior and experimental limits; they are not a compatibility certification or a release-date promise.
